This website
The site sets no cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics in a privacy first way: no cookies, nothing stored on your device, and nothing that identifies you or follows you to other sites. Cloudflare also keeps short lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the service.
When you book a call
Bookings are made through Cal.com, which collects your name, email address, phone number where asked, and the time you choose. Bookings are written to a Google Workspace calendar. If a booking carries a fee, the card payment is processed by Stripe. The card number is never seen or stored by the company.
When you enquire or become a licence holder
An email enquiry gives us your name, contact details and whatever you tell us. A licence gives us your organisation's details, the names and roles of the people trained, and records of training completed and reviews carried out. This is used to deliver what you have bought, to issue certificates and listings, and to keep the licence record. Lawful bases are contract, and legitimate interests in running the business. Information is kept for the length of the licence and 6 years afterwards for accounting and legal reasons, then deleted.
Who else sees it
Cal.com, Stripe, Google Workspace and Cloudflare process data on our behalf. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing. Information is disclosed where the law requires it, or where there is a safeguarding concern about a child that must be reported.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, and ask for it to be transferred. Email yasmin@yasminadarling.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Reading settings and cookies
Reading settings at the top of each page save your colour, text size and spacing choice only in your own browser, so the pages look the way you chose. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to anyone, and you can clear it in your browser at any time. This site loads no outside fonts and no advertising trackers.
